We take care of the entire person. We’re a fully integrated health care provider. That means Aspire offers both primary medical and behavioral health care, but also addresses social determinants of health like employment and housing. Our support programs include addiction services, individual and group therapy, infectious disease, youth and family services, crisis management, rehabilitation, housing assistance, job placement and more. Aspire Indiana is nonprofit, financially strong – and growing. Our health centers are located in Central Indiana, but our reach extends to helping Hoosiers all across the state. Click here for English Click here for Spanish Aspire has outpatient offices in Anderson, Carmel, Elwood, Lebanon, Noblesville, and Indianapolis. The Access Call Center is a great resource for the client who is seeking information about services, locations, and other resources. For appointments, you can reach the Access Center at 317-574-1254 or 1-877-574-1254 . If the Access Call Center receives a call from someone who is in crisis, staff will transfer the caller to Aspire’s Crisis Line for assistance. Aspire provides 24-Hour Crisis Service by calling 1-800-560-4038 or 317-574-1252. We have knowledgeable and welcoming staff in the Access Call Center who are available to assist with the scheduling process and give you all the information you need about your first appointment. The Access Call Center looks forward to assisting you on your path to recovery. You can contact the Access Department at 317-574-1254. Hours of operation are 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Friday.
